This tool is designed to seamlessly upload documents, track, and manage the entire lifecycle of plastic waste by the facility managers of the collection centers. The platform ensures transparency, accountability, and traceability at every phase, from collection to resolution.

User-Friendly Dashboard:​

Offers an intuitive dashboard for easy navigation. Each phase (Collection, Processing, Shipment, and Resolution) has a dedicated section, providing a clear overview of progress.

Proof Generation:​

  • Proof of Collection: Facilities use the mobile app to log Proof of Collection, capturing real-time data with timestamps, geolocation, and supporting images. This ensures authenticity and transparency in the collection process.
  • Proof of Processing: The platform enables facilities to document the processing phases, including cleaning, sorting, and baling. Photos and details at each step create a comprehensive Proof of Processing record.
  • Proof of Shipment: Tracking the transportation process, facilities generate Proof of Shipment by recording shipment details, carrier information, and real-time tracking data. This ensures visibility throughout the logistics chain.
  • Invoice/Recovery Proof: The tool automates invoice generation based on the quantity and quality of plastic recovered. The Recovery Proof includes details on the type and volume of plastic sent for resolution, facilitating financial transactions.
